I make a killer pumpkin pie and this last year found an apple pie I will acutally eat. I am not fond of cooked apples but with caramel you can get me every time. My oven is broken so I have to take it down to my sister-in-laws house to cook, so I will post pictures latter tonight.

I want to make my own wedding cake, except I want it to be a wedding pie. A pumpkin pie to be exact.  The problem is that I'm not much of a baker.  Ask me to make duck confit and I'm there. Ask me to bake a pie and I'm dumb-founded.
